Rebecca Taylor was kind enough to share with us a sketch done by her husband, artist and toy designer Mark Taylor. Mark was one of the original designers for Mattels popular Masters of the Universe toyline in the 1980s. This artwork was part of the design process for the character that would become Skeletor.
I found this artwork in an old sketchbook. Mark has a few versions of skeletons as warriors and royalty. It is based off of a story he wrote once when he was a young student at college.
