Artist and concept designer Emiliano Santalucia is publishing a limited run of his first sketchbook: “The Art of DVD”. The volume will cover all the illustration work he did for the official releases of classic cartoon series on DVD, including He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Transformers and The Real Ghostbusters.
The sketchbook will be A4 format, 21 cm tall; 29.7 cm wide (8.29″ tall; 11.70″ wide).
It will be a full-color, softcover paperback; 152 pages.
The price is €60 for Europe, $60 for the rest of the world and each copy will be hand signed
The cut-off date for preorders will be 15 February 2016 with a possible release date around the end of February.

Well known to the Masters of the Universe fans for his work on the 2002 comic, the Filmation DVD, Emiliano is currently working as a toy designer for Hasbro and the Transformers team. He is also a member of The Power and The Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization which mission is to archive and preserve He-Man and She-Ra artwork.
